Relan AI (“Relan”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, SaaS platform, dashboards, and related services.

This policy applies to website visitors, platform users, enterprise customers, business contacts, and individuals whose data may be processed via our services.

Relan AI acts as Data Controller for account registration, billing, analytics, and communications. It acts as Data Processor for customer-uploaded engagement and relationship intelligence data under applicable Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

Information provided directly (name, email, company, billing details, support messages), platform usage data (login timestamps, interaction metadata), and automatically collected data (IP address, device/browser type, security logs, cookie data).

Personal data is processed under contractual necessity, legitimate interest, legal obligation, or consent (where required under GDPR and UK GDPR).

To provide and maintain services, authenticate users, process payments, improve functionality, ensure security, respond to support inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. Relan AI does not sell personal data.

Data may be shared with cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, email providers, and monitoring services under contractual safeguards and data protection requirements.

When transferring data outside the UK/EU, safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are applied.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. Account data while active, billing data per legal requirements, and metadata according to service configuration.

Technical and organizational safeguards include TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, MFA for privileged users, monitoring, and incident response procedures.

Individuals may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object, or request portability of their data. Requests can be submitted to privacy@relan.ai.

Enterprise customers may request a DPA, Sub-Processor List, Security Overview Documentation, and Incident Response Summary.
